It’s Time to Be Generous

The season of Advent calls for great faith as prophecy unfolds before our eyes.  We are called to turn aside as the Shepherds did and see this thing that God is bringing to pass.  We are asked to be generous as we match the grace and mercy poured out to us from God through the Holy Child Jesus!  How are you going to share the generosity of God this Advent season?

Seek the Lord to know how you can declare the glad tidings of God in a generous fashion this year.

Lifting Up the Lord, Finishing Up Our Balcony

Friends, this Sunday, December 2nd we will have the dedication of our new balcony space, consecrated to the glory of God and the service of the world.  We are so thankful for this beautiful addition to our worship space.  Thank everyone who has already helped make this renovation project a new beginning for our church.  Thanks to Rob Sadler and Dale Smith for their fine work and to the others who have labored alongside them.

We have seen God provide for us in marvelous ways throughout the entire process!  Join me Sunday in giving thanks to the Lord as we dedicate our renewed balcony space. Also, if you want to give a thank offering to the Lord for this expansion of our worship space, please do so.

Sunday, November 25th and Beyond…

Here is the bulletin for November 25th, Christ the King Sunday.  You also will find our December calendar and newsletter here!

Andy Williams sings a Christmas song saying, “It’s the most wonderful time of the year.”  One of the reasons that is true is because Thanksgiving comes before Christmas.  Remember to stop and give thanks for the blessings of life, liberty, and righteousness.  God bless you and your family as we move forward into the Advent season.
