Throughout the year, we also support CARITAS in many local churches by sending support teams to help prepare meals and serve those breaking cycles of addiction and poverty in our community. We also assist every 5th Tuesday with the Homeless Feeding at Greater Mount Moriah Baptist Church. We actively collect items throughout the year for Elf on the Shelf in southwest Virginia, Christmas Mother here in Henrico County, and other designated mission projects. We send mission teams to glean with the Society of Saint Andrew, participate locally with other churches to restore homes and help our neighbors.
