Mildred Dawson, our sister in Christ, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, May 24th. Visitation will continue today at Nelsen’s Funeral Home on Laburnum Ave. from Noon until 8:00pm. Our service of remembrance and celebration will be Tuesday, May 29, 2012 at 11:00am at Laurel Hill United Methodist, 1919 New Market Road. A luncheon will be shared with family and friends in the fellowship hall following the service.

Our Church Family Picnic
Bring a covered dish to go along with the hamburgers and hot dogs and join us at 5:00pm Saturday, May 19th for our church family picnic. There will be plenty of time for good fun, food, and fellowship together. Then at 6:30pm our guests, Prodigal Son will share some bluegrass music with us. See you here!

Good day, everyone. This is the Bulletin for Sunday, May 6, 2012. I remind you we have no first Sunday Luncheon this Sunday but I also want to remind you we want everyone to attend our Church-wide Picnic on May 19th. The Picnic will start at 5:00pm and we will have special music by the Bluegrass group, Prodigal Son starting at 6:30pm.
